CHALLENGE: How can the innovator of shared office space grow beyond the audience that fueled their initial growth?
Coworking was a disruptive solution for start-ups and entrepreneurs. Our client came to us to identify how to gain momentum with medium and large sized companies--who were turned off by the very product (coworking) that made the company famous.

SOLUTION: To get insight from hard-to-reach and busy decision makers across the globe (think the C-Suite), we had to meet them where they are and how they work. Through virtual focus group Zoom Room conversations + Location Analytics, we co-developed the products & services that paired the benefits of coworking with the requirements of privacy — for private offices, residential spaces, and high-end properties.
